Disney Digest: Your Insider’s Guide to the Marquee Attractions – Volume Two

Though the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train doesn’t have the vintage look and feel like the first attraction we discussed in Space Mountain, it does hold some serious Walt Disney history as it bears the name of the original Disney full length animated film.   This ride is one that is here to stay, and should be a staple in any Disney World visitor's plans.  I highly recommend booking a FastPass for this attraction as soon as your My Disney Account allows you.  It typically fills up weeks in advance and for good reason.  It has 80 years of history packed into an action filled family fun coaster!

Next we’ll tackle another mountain of a ride. This one will leave guests looking for a towel afterwards, all because of that darn Brer Rabbit.  We head over to Splash Mountain!

Mike

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Mike Procopio had his first Disney adventure later than most in 2011 for his 30th birthday. He has been hooked ever since and is now the "go-to guy" for friends and family who are planning Disney vacations. Mike is also an accomplished athlete as a junior national judo champion. He also enjoys golf, writing for the NFL, and travel.
