Both resorts sit close to Epcot allowing guest to enjoy the myriad festivals at the park throughout the year. Additionally, given the layout of the parks and the backroads, guests who choose to drive can navigate quickly (and easily) to the Magic Kingdom without having to battle traffic on World Drive.
