Don’t Wanna Go Home Exhausted From Your Disney Vacation – Here’s How

Stay Hydrated

Of course, hydration is just as important as diet (if not more so). Make sure you stay hydrated in order to keep your body in tip-top shape and thus avoid issues such as headaches and fatigue. Cups of water are free at all counter-service restaurants, so there’s no excuse for becoming dehydrated.

Sleep Well

Finally, you will of course want to make sure you sleep well throughout your vacation. For some, this means bringing a pillow or blanket from home. Others require white noise.

Whatever it is that helps you sleep, make sure you pack it. Additionally, as tempting as it is to stay up all night long, you will want to make sure you get to bed at a decent time each night.
