Beach and Yacht Club Dining Guide

Ale and Compass Lounge

Moving away from the Magic Kingdom resorts, guests can still find a wide selection of deluxe resorts and restaurants in the Crescent Lake area sandwiched between Hollywood Studios and Epcot.  These restaurants are a great place to stop after a fun-filled day in the parks or just as a quick break as you take the Friendship Boats, the soon-to-be-open Skyliner, or just a simple stroll between the parks. You’ll definitely want to leave some room in your plans on your next trip for one of these restaurants!

1. Cape May Café (Beach Club)

This restaurant invites guests to enjoy food in an all-you-care-to-enjoy setting for both breakfast and dinner.  At breakfast, in addition to sampling traditional breakfast offerings of waffles, fresh fruit, a variety of breads and pastries, eggs, bacon, and more, guests can also meet some of their favorite characters as Minnie, Donald, and Goofy will stop by your table while you dine.  At dinner, guests will have to entertain themselves as characters are not a part of dinner, but you can gorge yourself on unlimited seafood — crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp, as well as selections from the carving station. Needless to say, after a meal here, you may not be able to make it back to the parks, buy your stomach will be happy that you visited!

2. Ale and Compass (Yacht Club)

A new offering at the Yacht Club that serves guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Ale and Compass serves New England-style pub food in a relaxed atmosphere.  At breakfast, guests can choose to eat at the buffet, or choose a from a variety of entrees — waffles, french toast, pancakes, as well as breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, or a protein bowl.  The highlight of breakfast is one of the over the top cocktails! Lunch and dinner can start with truly unique appetizers such as buffalo-style cauliflower or oven-roasted meatballs.  For an main course, you can enjoy a traditional cheeseburgers, a smoked turkey sandwich, fish tacos, a Maine lobster roll, as well as pasta! Dinner is a completely different menu, so be sure to study both before you decide when you want to dine here!

3. Hurricane Hanna’s (Stormalong Bay)

In addition to a wide selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and frozen beverages, this pool snack stand also have a good selection of food when you are enjoying one of the best pools on property — grilled chicken sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger, a pulled pork sandwich, seafood roll, or a buffalo chicken wrap, as well as a selection of salads!
