The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic caused many Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort attractions or dining establishments to close for certain periods of time, with more and more attractions or restaurants gradually reopening in recent months, but now one of the most prominent jewels in Disney’s dining crown is coming back — with even more in store for Disney World Guests!
The award-winning upscale restaurant Victoria & Albert’s, which is found in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, is reopening shortly — and the Disney Parks Twitter account has just shared some unique new high-end details that have been added to the luxurious restaurant!
Victoria & Albert’s is considered to be one of Disney World Resort’s most luxurious experiences. Semi-formal or formal attire is the required dress code, and the high-end eatery (which is associated with sommelier Israel Perez and Chef Scott Hunnel) is even listed in the Forbes Travel Guide!

The restaurant is reopening on July 28, just a week or so away, so any Grand Floridian Guests who love to while away the evening hours at a high-end Disney restaurant will definitely want to adjust their schedules and Disney vacation itineraries to include some time enjoying the Victoria & Albert’s menu (as well as its reputable wine pairings).
There are three options for diners in Victoria & Albert’s: the Chef’s Table (a luxurious personalized experience), the private area called Queen Victoria’s room (which only accepts eight visitors per night), or the ‘regular’ main dining room. The restaurant has won the highly-prized AAA Five Diamond Award for the past 20 years, so you can feel certain that you won’t be disappointed by the food or the wine — but now Victoria & Albert’s has been refurbished to become even more high-end!
Take a look at the Tweet shown above to see the beautiful details that have been added to the restaurant’s decor as gestures to subtle inspirations, including a floral chandelier and dragonfly embellishments!
Would you rather dine in the private Queen Victoria Room, the main dining room, or in the kitchen during a private Chef’s Table experience? Do you prefer character dining or regular dining in Disney restaurants and eateries?
