The 50th anniversary celebrations continue all around the Walt Disney World Resort, and today we’re diving into all of the festivities Guests can experience at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The biggest part of the celebrations at this favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotel come with some seriously delicious easts at Toledo – Tapas, Steak, and Seafood. One of the most underrated Walt Disney World restaurants if you ask us, Toledo has a specialty entree and dessert available just for “The Most Magical Celebration on Earth” that has our mouths watering.
During dinner at Toledo–Tapas, Steak, and Seafood, Guests can order the new Braised Lamb Shank. A twist unique to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort on this classic menu item, Toledo’s Braised Lamb Shank comes with an olive oil-potato purée, rosemary-roasted garlic gravy, huckleberry jam, and English peas.

For something sweet at the end of your meal at Toledo- Tapas, Steak, and Seafood also has a special dessert currently on the menu just for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. The 50th Anniversary Dessert is an Almond Cheesecake, made with Marcona almond, lemon curd, pistachio sponge, meringue, cherry gelée, and fresh raspberries.
On top of these delicious new menu items, Guests visiting Disney’s Coronado Springs and other Walt Disney World Resort hotels may find themselves being transported between the resorts and the theme parks on special EARidescent wrapped buses just for the occasion. And, many merchandise locations at Disney Resorts are even stocking special products just for the 50th anniversary celebrations, so you never know what you might find!
