Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach Dining Guide

The final two moderate resorts have slightly international themes, so guests can expect to find menus with some international flair.  Caribbean Beach features flavors from the Caribbean while Coronado Springs features menus focused on flavors from the Southwest and Mexico.  Guests can enjoy meals in quick service eateries, as well as full-service restaurants. Here are the restaurants you’ll want to check out on your next trip!

1. Maya Grill (Coronado Springs)

Open for dinner, the Maya Grill offers an assortment of cuisines.  To start your meal, guests can enjoy queso fundido, fried calamari, green tortilla soup, and guacamole.  For an entrée, guests can choose between beef short ribs, roasted pork, shrimp tacos, pork chop, as well as red snapper, a fajita skillet, a New York strip steak, or spiced chicken.  Dessert features a delicious selection of sorbet, crème brûlée, and flan!

2. Centertown Market (Caribbean Beach)

Guests can grab a quick meal here for breakfast and dinner.  At breakfast, guests can enjoy a chorizo and tostones Benedict, an open-faced omelet with either roasted vegetables or ham and cheese, pancakes, waffles, french toast, as well as a customizable breakfast bowl, a fruit parfait, and a delicious breakfast Cuban sandwich. Dinner features a selection of salads, Caribbean tacos with plantain chips and yuca.  Additionally, guests can dine on a spicy tuna wrap, cheese steak, smoked turkey sandwich, a grilled vegetable sandwich, chicken nuggets, as well as a beef and chorizo blend burger, as well as a jerk chicken and pineapple pizza, and a selection of delectable pastas!

3. El Mercado de Coronado (Coronado Springs)

A quick-service restaurant open to guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can find a variety of options here.  At breakfast, guests can enjoy a southwestern, veggie, or a ham and cheese omelet, as well as biscuits and gravy, an egg scramble with ham, onions, peppers, and salsa, buttermilk pancakes, cinnamon French toast, as well as a variety of breakfast sandwiches and bowls!  For lunch and dinner, guests can design their own rice bowl topped with either chicken, beef, or pork or have something heartier — barbecue ribs, a pasta bowl, roasted chicken, or choose from an offering of burgers, pizza, and sandwiches.

4. Sebastian’s Bistro (Caribbean Beach)

Serving guests for both lunch and dinner, this restaurant invites guests to enjoy a variety of entrees — a crab cake burger, a smoked turkey sandwich, and an eggless egg salad sandwich with island spices, and an assortment of appetizers — conch fritters, crab cakes, pull-apart rolls, grilled jerk wings, and arepas.  Dinner features a similar menu, but also invites guests to enjoy jerk chicken, sautéed shrimp and tamales, Caribbean goat curry, and a grilled skirt steak chimichurri.  There are also plenty of desserts, so be sure to save some room for a tasty treat!
