VIDEO: Disney Characters Fight It Out in Front of Guests

A playful scuffle between two beloved Disney characters recently brought some magic to a Disneyland Resort Character Dining restaurant. A Disney Park guest captured the memorable moment on video and shared it with the world on social media.

Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are home to two main types of character performers: “face” characters, like Peter Pan and Cinderella, who interact with guests using their own voices, and “fur” characters, like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Chip and Dale, who bring the magic to life without speaking. These character interactions, especially when they play off one another, often lead to unforgettable moments for Disney Park guests.

In the video, the mischievous duo can be seen gesturing and mock-fighting, much to the amusement of nearby families. Guests across the restaurant laughed as the chipmunks carried out their antics, which ended with the two seemingly making up just as quickly as their feud began. While the video doesn’t reveal what sparked the playful brawl, it clearly left a lasting impression.

The video has garnered hundreds of views, likes, and comments from Disney Parks fans, who couldn’t get enough of Chip and Dale’s playful banter.

Character interactions like this one are a core part of the Disney Park experience, and Disneyland Resort encourages guests to recognize the performers and cast members who make the magic happen. If you’ve had a memorable moment with a Disney character or cast member, you can leave a “cast compliment” through the Disneyland Resort app or by visiting Guest Services. Sharing details such as the date, time, and location of the interaction ensures that cast members receive the recognition they deserve.
