A new offering is arriving at Walt Disney Worldās most adult-friendly parkāand itās all about champagne.
EPCOT, long known for its global dining experiences and boozy walkabouts, is expanding its menu of alcoholic options once again.

This fall, the park will introduce a new champagne-forward experience as part of the 2025 International Food and Wine Festival.
Itās a shift that reflects how much has changed at Disney parks over the decades.
When Disneyland first opened in 1955, alcohol wasnāt allowed inside the park. For a long time, the only exception to this rule was Club 33, a private venue not accessible to the general public.

Thatās no longer the case. Alcohol is now widely available at Disneyland Resort, including inside Disneyland Park at locations like Blue Bayou Restaurant and Ogaās Cantina. Over at Walt Disney World Resort, the access is even broaderāparticularly at EPCOT.
A Festival First: Unlimited Champagne Mimosas
Beginning September 5, guests visiting EPCOT during the International Food and Wine Festival will have the option to book a new breakfast package at Chefs de France. The offering includes unlimited French champagne mimosas for $64.95 per person.
The breakfast will run on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. until the festival concludes on November 22. Guests will need to provide proof that theyāre over the age of 21 to take advantage of the champagne options.
Also included in the Parisian breakfast are fruit juices, coffee, and a variety of French breakfast itemsāfreshly baked croissants, baguettes, smoked salmon, and seasonal fruits.

Reservations for the new champagne breakfast are available now through the Disney World website. The package is expected to be popular, particularly among adults looking for a more upscale morning option during the festival.
Festival Continues to Expand Adult Options
While alcohol is available at all four Walt Disney World parks, none offer it quite as freely as EPCOT. The World Showcase, which features pavilions representing 11 different countries, has become a popular spot for drinking āaround the world.ā
Guests can sip on margaritas in Mexico, wine in France, sake in Japan, and Guinness in the U.K. Craft beer is popular in Germany and Canada, while Italy offers wines, prosecco, and limoncello.
Itās become such a staple that guests have even joked about it. When prompted to name EPCOT residents in the queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, some have reportedly answered, āalcoholics.ā

While some claim the abundance of alcohol is “ruining” EPCOT ā primarily due to the disruptive behavior of some intoxicated guests in recent yearsā it doesn't seem like it's renouncing its boozy reputation any time soon.
This yearās Food and Wine Festival begins August 28 and features dozens of Global Marketplaces, as well as the Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue. Scheduled performers include KT Tunstall, Smash Mouth, Tiffany, Bowling for Soup, and Boyz II Men.
For Disney, itās another step toward catering to the adult demographic that flocks to EPCOT each yearāand a sign that champagne is just the beginning.
