Walk into the France Pavilion at EPCOT on any given summer morning, and the scene at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie will tell you everything you need to know about what has happened to this location over the past few years. The line stretches outside the entrance. The indoor seating fills up faster than most guests expect. The cast members behind the counter are moving as efficiently as a bakery counter can, but it still isn't fast enough to keep up with demand.
This is not the quiet French bakery tucked into the back of World Showcase that regulars used to treat like a personal secret. It is one of the busiest quick-service locations in EPCOT, and as of now, it is also more expensive.
Disney just rolled out price increases across 16 menu items at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, alongside a menu overhaul that removes 4 items entirely and introduces 6 new ones. The changes land at the start of the summer season, which is the worst possible time for guests who are already navigating crowds at this location with little margin for error.

What Left the Menu
Four items have been removed:
- Pain Lard Fromage
- Patisserie a l'abricot
- Tarte au Chocolat et Caramel
- Café Liegois
What Arrived at Disney
Six new items have been added:
- Croiss Oh La La at $13.95, upgraded from a limited-time offering to a permanent menu item
- Citron Blueberry at $7.95
- Macaron Chocolat at $7.95
- Éclair Vanille at $5.75
- Macaron Plant Based at $8.95
- Ourson at $5.95
The Croiss Oh La La earning permanent status is the most significant addition for guests who experienced it during its limited run. It is now a reliable menu fixture rather than a seasonal gamble.
Every Price That Changed
Sixteen items are now more expensive than they were. Most increases fall between 25 and 50 cents, with a few moving up by a full dollar:
- Poulet au Pistou: $11.50 to $11.95
- Croissant Jambon Fromage: $6.95 to $7.95
- Jambon Beurre: $10.95 to $11.25
- Quiche Lorraine: $7.25 to $7.50
- Pissaladiere: $5.95 to $6.95
- Croque Monsieur: $10.50 to $10.75
- Croissant: $3.25 to $3.95
- Pain au Chocolat: $4.25 to $4.95
- Croissant Amandes: $6.75 to $6.95
- Tarte aux Fraises: $7.25 to $7.75
- Macarons Collection: $13.50 to $13.75
- Framboise: $7.50 to $7.95
- Espresso: $5.15 to $5.25
- Sirop Monin: $1.25 to $1.50
- Mimosa: $12.75 to $12.95
- Frosé: $15.75 to $15.95
The Croissant and Pain au Chocolat increases are the ones that will register most immediately for casual visitors. Both have been among the most ordered items at Les Halles for years, and both have now crossed price points that feel different from where they started. A plain croissant approaching four dollars and a Pain au Chocolat approaching five dollars at a quick service location is a shift worth noting, even if neither item has lost any of the quality that made them worth ordering in the first place.
The Disney Summer Context
The timing of these changes matters more than it might on a slower news day. The International Flower and Garden Festival closed on June 1, and with it went the outdoor pop-up festival kitchens that line the World Showcase promenade and give guests additional quick service options throughout the pavilion area. The next festival, the International Food and Wine Festival, does not begin until late August. The entire summer stretch between those two events falls to the permanent quick service locations in World Showcase, and in the France Pavilion that means Les Halles carries the load almost entirely on its own.
The crowds that Remy's Ratatouille Adventure pulls into the France Pavilion every morning are not going anywhere. If anything, they build through the summer. Guests finishing the ride mid-morning and looking for coffee and a pastry will find the same Les Halles they have always known, just with a slightly different menu and slightly higher prices across the board.
The food is still worth it. It always has been. Just know the new numbers before you get in line.
