The artwork depicts Stitch floating through Waikolohe Stream, enjoying the resort's island setting. Palm trees, lush vegetation, ocean imagery, and colorful sunset tones help create a design that feels perfectly suited for Hawaii.
Disney also added a purple handle and lid to the popcorn bucket, giving the collectible an extra splash of color.
Although official pricing has not been announced, guests can expect pricing similar to other Disney resort collectibles. Standard popcorn buckets typically sell for $10 to $15, while refillable metal mugs cost around $38.
The mug includes unlimited refills of fountain drinks, coffee, and tea throughout a guest's stay at participating locations. The popcorn bucket offers discounted $3 popcorn refills.
Good News Beyond Hawaii
While the release is happening exclusively at Aulani, Disney fans elsewhere still have reasons to pay attention.
Strong sales and enthusiastic fan response often encourage Disney to revisit successful characters and concepts. Stitch remains one of Disney's most recognizable characters, making future merchandise releases a realistic possibility.
