At Golden Oak Outpost, the Hot Honey Chicken Strips arrive with a side that earns its own spotlight — sweet potato waffle fries topped with marshmallow and candied pecans. The sweet-and-savory combination feels right at home in a land themed around frontier life.

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is adding two new options. The Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger brings together Angus beef, American cheese, house-made bacon jam, and barbecue sauce, served with classic French fries. And for guests with a sweet tooth, Churro Loops — tossed in cinnamon-sugar and served with house-made chocolate sauce — are now on the menu as one of those shareable snacks worth tracking down.
