Disney World Issues Warning as Free Dining Offer Coming to an End in 2026

Disney has issued a final warning to UK and Irish guests: the Free Dining and Drinks offer at Walt Disney World Resort stops taking bookings on November 4, 2026, leaving just 12 days to lock in the deal.

The promotion covers new Hotel and Ticket Packages booked in the UK and Ireland for stays of five to 21 consecutive nights. Arrivals must fall within one of three 2027 windows: January 3 to March 27, April 5 to October 6, or October 21 to December 19.

Breaking Down the Dining by Resort Tier

The benefit is allocated per person, per night, and what you get depends on where you stay. Value Resort guests receive one Quick-Service meal each night. A family of four staying seven nights would come away with 28 Quick-Service meals.

Moderate Resort guests step up to the Quick-Service Dining Plan, which includes two Quick-Service meals and one snack per night, plus a refillable resort mug. Across seven nights, that same family would receive 56 Quick-Service meals, 28 snacks, and four mugs.

Deluxe Resort and Deluxe Villa guests get the Table-Service Dining Plan, covering one Table-Service meal, one Quick-Service meal, and one snack each night, along with a mug. Over a week, the family of four would have 28 Table-Service meals, 28 Quick-Service meals, and 28 snacks to spend. Meals can be used in any order, so guests could double up on sit-down meals during a big park day and lean on Quick-Service later in the trip.

On top of the dining, bookings qualify for a discount of £200 at Deluxe and Villa properties, £150 at Moderate Resorts, and £100 at Value Resorts.

25 Hotels on the List

Disney is promoting 25 hotels under the offer. Pricing starts from £72 per person, per night at Value properties such as Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, and from £104 at Moderates like Disney’s Port Orleans Resort. Deluxe Villas, including Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, begin at £137, while Deluxe stays at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge start from £143.

Why It Matters

Dining remains one of the biggest line items on any Disney World budget. Across Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests can choose from quick-service counters, table-service restaurants, carts, kiosks, and shops. EPCOT’s World Showcase alone spans sake in Japan, School Bread in Norway, a German feast at Biergarten, and French fare at Chefs de France. Table-service favorites such as Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom and Tusker House in Animal Kingdom can run up quite a tab, which is exactly where a perk like this earns its keep.

Packages can be secured with a £50-per-person deposit. After November 4, the offer is gone.

Thomas Hitchen

When he’s not thinking about the Magic Kingdom, Thomas is usually reading a book, becoming desperately obsessed with fictional characters, or baking something delicious (his favorite is chocolate cake -- to bake and to eat). He's a dreamer and grew up on Mulan saving the world, Jim Hawkins soaring through the stars, and Padmé Amidala fighting a Nexu. At the Parks, he loves to ride Everest, stroll down Main Street with an overstuffed pin lanyard around his neck, and eat as many Mickey-shaped ice creams as possible. His favorite character is Han Solo (yes, he did shoot first), and his favorite TV show is Buffy the Vampire Slayer except when it's One Tree Hill. He loves sandy beach walks, forest hikes, and foodie days out in the Big City. Thomas lives in England, UK, with his fiancée, baby, and their dog, a Border Collie called Luna.
