More than 50 dishes are coming to Walt Disney World, and food fans can finally start deciding what belongs at the top of their list.
The timing makes the announcement even more interesting. EPCOT is getting ready to kick off its biggest food event of the year, bringing months of international dishes and drinks to the park.
But before the complete EPCOT lineup arrives, another major Food & Wine menu has already landed nearby. And there is a lot to choose from.
EPCOT Food & Wine Is Right Around the Corner
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival officially begins August 27.
During the event, food booths throughout EPCOT offer guests a chance to sample smaller dishes and drinks inspired by cuisines from around the world. Instead of committing to one meal, visitors can move around the park and sample several options.
Fans are still waiting to see the complete 2026 menu lineup as opening day approaches.
However, EPCOT isn't the only place at Walt Disney World serving up a major Food & Wine experience this year. Another popular event is returning later in 2026, and we now know what guests can expect.

2026 Lineup Revealed
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for its 17th year on November 20 and 21.
Running from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, the event gives guests four hours of unlimited food and beverage tastings each night.
Its location could also make the Classic appealing to EPCOT visitors. The Swan and Dolphin sit around Crescent Lake, and guests can walk or take a boat from World Showcase.
That puts two very different Food & Wine experiences close together, especially since the Swan and Dolphin event arrives while EPCOT's festival is still underway.

This Event Goes Big on Food and Drinks
Guests certainly won't be choosing from a small menu.
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will feature more than 50 dishes and over 170 beverage selections. The resort's larger culinary program includes 23 restaurants and lounges, with several locations participating in the event.
Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Kimonos, Rosa Mexicano, The Fountain, Il Mulino, and Todd English's bluezoo are among the names represented.
The experience goes beyond food booths, too. Live music creates a street-party atmosphere, while Todd English and Michael Mina will be part of celebrity-chef experiences.
Returning themed areas include Chinatown, For the Love of Florida, the Beer Garden, and the Bubble Lounge.

These Dishes Are Coming in 2026
The menu ranges from burgers and tacos to seafood and Wagyu beef. Some dishes will appear both nights, while others are limited to Friday or Saturday.
Here's a look at several announced offerings:
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper (Friday & Saturday) — For the Love of Florida pairs red grouper with coconut rice, ginger black beans, green onion, and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo.
- Lasagna (Friday) — Il Mulino combines house-made pasta with eggplant, fresh pomodoro, béchamel, roasted mushrooms, and caper crumbles.

A Few Favorites Will Be Back
Guests who have attended before will also recognize some returning dishes.
- Shu Mein (Friday & Saturday) — Chinatown serves Shanghai noodles with braised tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo, and vegan broth.
- Chips and Salsa Bar (Friday & Saturday) — Rosa Mexicano pairs fresh corn tortilla chips with a variety of salsas and accompaniments.
Drinks remain a huge part of the event as well. Guests can sample wine from around the world, explore beer and food inside the Beer Garden, or head to the Bubble Lounge for champagne and small bites.
Two Food & Wine Experiences Await
The Swan and Dolphin Classic offers a different setup from the EPCOT festival.
At EPCOT, guests move between booths and purchase the dishes they want. At the Swan and Dolphin, admission includes unlimited samples of participating food and beverage during the four-hour event.
With EPCOT's festival approaching and more than 50 Swan and Dolphin dishes now revealed, food fans have plenty to start planning for the rest of 2026.
