Disneyland vacations aren't exactly known for being cheap, but guests planning a trip later this year just got an opportunity to bring one major expense down.
Disneyland Resort has revealed a new hotel promotion offering savings of up to 20% on select stays in late 2026. Even better, the deal isn't restricted to one property. All four Disneyland Resort hotel options are included, giving guests several choices if they're hoping to stay close to the parks.
However, Disney has placed some important limits on the offer, including specific travel dates and a minimum length of stay.
Disneyland Offers Up to 20% Off Hotel Stays
The new Disneyland Resort promotion covers select stays from October 11 through December 18, 2026.
Guests hoping to take advantage of the discount will need to wait a few more weeks before making their reservation. Disney plans to open bookings for the offer on September 22.
Once available, guests can save up to 20% when booking qualifying stays of three nights or longer.
The promotion includes all four Disneyland Resort hotel properties: Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Pixar Place Hotel, and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
That gives guests some flexibility when deciding where they want to stay instead of limiting the discount to a single hotel.
Still, the “up to 20%” wording is important. The available savings may vary depending on the stay, so travelers shouldn't automatically assume every qualifying reservation will receive the full 20% discount.
Holiday Travelers Could Benefit From the Timing
Disney's decision to run the offer through December 18 also puts much of Disneyland's holiday travel period within reach of the promotion.
For guests already planning a longer vacation, the three-night minimum may not be much of a hurdle. Instead, the discount could make staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel more appealing compared to paying the regular rate.
Disneyland has also started sharing details about its 2026 holiday offerings. Those plans include holiday character dining experiences along with a new location for Santa.
For families hoping to combine the parks with a Disneyland Resort hotel stay, the new discount adds another option to consider while putting together their holiday plans.
There Are Some Important Restrictions
The biggest limitation is the travel window.
Guests must visit between October 11 and December 18 to fall within the announced dates. That means Disneyland vacations taking place during the final stretch before Christmas won't qualify under this particular offer.
The promotion also requires guests to stay three or more nights, ruling out shorter one- and two-night visits.
Availability will ultimately determine how useful the deal becomes for individual travelers.
