The Hot Cookie Hour takes place twice a day at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. Hot Cookie Hour takes place every day at the Disney Springs bakeshop from 2 PM to 3 PM and 7 PM. Between those hours, Guests can visit Gideon’s Bakehouse to order warm cookies fresh out of the oven in select flavors.
If you are familiar with Gideon’s extremely popular cookies, you are probably also aware of the long lines and queue system that can sometimes make ordering up these sweet treats a bit of a process. To plan for long lines, you may want to show up before Hot Cookie Hour begins, that way by the time you reach the end of the line you will be ready to order warm cookies!

Gideon’s cookies are among the most popular desserts at Walt Disney World, with delicious homemade cookies coming in at nearly a half a pound in weight.
