EPCOT has seen major updates in recent months, including the July 22 reopening of Test Track 3.0, sponsored by General Motors and inspired by the park’s original World of Motion. Now, attention turns to its most anticipated annual event—the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival—which arrives August 28 and runs through November 22.
This year’s festival will feature more than 35 Global Marketplaces, included with admission. Returning favorites such as Emile’s Fromage Montage will once again offer guests a cheese-filled journey with a special treat at the end. Popular dishes making a comeback include the Lump Crab Cake at Coastal Eats and Japan’s Osakana Karaage, alongside sweet options like the Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae at Milled & Mulled.

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will continue nightly at the America Gardens Theatre through November 17, with showtimes at 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Guests can also pick up event-exclusive merchandise, take advantage of gift card wristlets, and attend select culinary demonstrations or beverage seminars, depending on availability.
One of the festival’s newest additions opens September 28: Gyozas of the Galaxy, the first Guardians of the Galaxy-themed booth to appear at EPCOT. Located near Creations Shop, it will offer:
- Buffalo-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with buffalo sauce, celery root purée, blue cheese cream, crumbled blue cheese, shaved carrot, and micro celery (New)
- French Onion Soup-style Dumplings: Pork and beef soup dumplings with caramelized onions, sherry-beef broth, onion and Gruyère soubise, Parmesan cracker, and micro chives (New)
- Street Corn-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija cheese, lime crema, and cilantro (New)

Drinks will include a Pineapple Colada and a Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris.
The addition expands the Marvel presence at EPCOT beyond Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, integrating fan-favorite characters into the park’s culinary scene for the first time during Food & Wine.
