Guests Held Up at Disney World Due To Physical Altercation

In more news of bad behavior, two Disney Guests had an altercation, engaging in a wrestling match at the exit to an iconic attraction.

The Walt Disney World Resort is known to be the dream spot for that magical Disney vacation. People of all ages worldwide have been flocking to the Central Florida Theme Park for over 50 years. Whether it’s visiting the iconic Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park or frequenting some of EPCOT’s most well-known rides, like “Spaceship Earth” or “Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind,” the Disney Parks are an experience unto themselves.

However, while many Guests come to revel in the Disney magic, sometimes things go awry and get out of hand.

As reported to Inside the Magic, Guests were held up upon leaving the classic Spaceship Earth attraction at EPCOT when two others engaged in a physical altercation. The source, identified as Alice S., reported that after leaving the ride, they were stuck due to two men fighting in the exit queue.

The source mentioned that the men were “literally wrestling each other.” She added that multiple other Guests were held up and described the scene as “embarrassing.” Further, according to Alice S., one Guest was trashing the other, using vulgar language to criticize the other Guest who was at the Park with a woman who was likely his girlfriend.

A Cast Member on duty called security on the wrestling Guests and apologized to those waiting to pass. The Cast Member also told Guests as they were leaving to “Have a magical day.” The source did not provide any photographic or video footage of the altercation.

While the altercation’s outcome is unknown, Disney Parks are not afraid to ban Guests for breaking the rules.
