Deluxe Resorts
Deluxe Resorts are the cream of the crop, and thus the most expensive. If you’re looking for Disney luxury, their Deluxe Resorts are where to find it, but be prepared to pay accordingly. Rooms in these resorts can be found for anything between $350 and $3,300 a night. Now, if we’re being honest, if your vacation plan includes the word “budget” at all, a Deluxe Resort is probably not for you. They include:
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
• Disney’s Beach Club Resort
• Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
• Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
• Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
• Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
All three tiers above comfortably sleep 5 or 6 guests. If you have a bit of a larger party—say, 8 or 9 people— staying at a resort together, you can also spring for a Deluxe Villa, which offers one or two bedrooms with more spacious accommodations, along with amenities such as a full kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a DVD player, and even a washer and dryer for doing your laundry. These are usually reserved via the Disney Vacation Club timeshare program:
• Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
• Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House
• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village
• Disney’s Beach Club Villas
• Disney’s BoardWalk Villas
• Disney’s Old Key West Resort
• Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
• Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
• The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
