We just learned of some exciting entertainment returning to the Boardwalk Inn and entertainment area at Walt Disney World– Jellyrolls, the resort’s fan-favorite dueling piano bar is now set to reopen next week, on October 15, 2021!

Upon reopening, Jellyrolls will require the same cover charge to enter that was previously required ($15). Once inside, complimentary popcorn will still be available to enjoy while seated at your table, and masks will be required when you are not seated. Additionally, Jellyrolls is only available to Guests 21 years of age and over. For Guests visiting on opening night on October 15, Jellyrolls is offering special 5×7 prints!

As for performers and returning staff, we do not yet have details for all of the performers who may be returning (or not) however we do know that Jellyrolls was recently looking to hire both performers and restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and security guards. The only former Jellyrolls performer who has confirmed his return is Scotty Kilwein who shared the news during one of his “lockdown livestreams” on Facebook.

Jellyrolls has been a staple entertainment spot on Disney’s Boardwalk for a number of years known especially for its talented musicians, complimentary popcorn and drink specials, including a different 32 oz. mixed drink special every night (these specials have not yet been confirmed for the reopening, but we hope to see them come back!)

Guests visiting Jellyrolls are able to submit song requests, and as far as we know, the musicians have never been truly stumped by them! The bar is a great place to celebrate any occasion like bachelorette parties, corporate outings, birthdays, and more, and it’s also simply a nice place to get out for some low key nightlife after the Disney theme parks close.

Jellyrolls was one of my favorite places to spend time with my coworkers after work during my Disney College Program, and it is still one of my favorite things to do at Walt Disney World! I especially love taking the walk from International Gateway in EPCOT’s World Showcase along Echo Lake to the bar to catch some music after the park closes for the day.

If you are planning on visiting Jellyrolls after the 15th, please note their new hours of Thursday-Monday, 7 pm-1:45 am. (Prior to the COVID-19 shutdowns Jellyrolls was open daily, so we do expect to see more days added to their operating hours as they increase their staffing. But stay tuned for any updates on that.)
