Spring celebrations are in full bloom at Walt Disney World, and the return of a rare character meet-and-greet is creating plenty of buzz among fans. Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny are officially back at Magic Kingdom for Easter 2025 — and if you’re hoping to meet them, now’s the time.
Every spring, the bunny couple pops into the parks for just a few weeks, adding a little extra seasonal joy to the guest experience. Unlike more frequent characters, this pair is rarely seen outside of the Easter season, making their arrival a big deal for longtime fans and character collectors.
You’ll find the Easter Bunnies at the Bunny Lane Garden, which is the Enchanted Glade Gazebo located behind Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square. The setting is dressed up with spring flowers and vibrant colors, offering an ideal photo backdrop. It’s charming, cozy, and everything you’d want from a springtime visit.
Their costumes have become a bit of a staple. Mr. Bunny sports his bright green jacket and purple top hat, while Mrs. Bunny looks straight out of a storybook in her pastel patchwork dress with flower details. It’s a classic look that feels just right for the season.
Guests can expect the bunnies to appear from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, but the times can vary — so checking the My Disney Experience app before heading over is highly recommended. They’ll only be available through Easter Sunday on April 20.
Each guest also receives a free autograph card as part of the meet-and-greet. With festive Easter art on both sides and each bunny’s signature in colored ink, it’s a cute little memento that doesn’t cost a dime. It’s a great bonus for those traveling with kids or anyone who likes collecting character autographs.
Beyond Magic Kingdom, Easter is making its presence known across Walt Disney World. The chocolate egg displays at the resorts are back — and they’re incredible. You’ll see everything from Disney-themed designs to whimsical springtime scenes crafted entirely out of chocolate.
Over at EPCOT, the Eggstravaganza scavenger hunt adds another layer of fun to your visit. This limited-time activity lets guests find themed eggs scattered throughout World Showcase — and once you’re done, you turn in your map for a prize.
But back to Magic Kingdom — because that’s where the real gem is. This bunny meet-and-greet is the kind of limited-time experience that Disney fans dream about. It’s rare. It’s festive. And it’s only around for a short window. The fact that it comes with a themed location, unique character interactions, and even a free souvenir makes it a must-do.
If you’re in the parks this Easter season, don’t miss the chance to hop on over and say hello to Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny. Once they’re gone, they won’t be back until next year — if they return at all.
