On Friday, May 6, Disney Cruise Line teamed up with Pixar Animation Studios boss Pete Docter to share a very special announcement regarding special ‘Pixar Days at Sea’ on select 2023 sailings (and a few friends showed up to help as well).

Disney Cruise Line states on its website,
“Sail away on a brand-new Pixar adventure, where you’re invited to sing, dance, play and swim with your favorite toys, supers, monsters and more. Pixar Day at Sea combines the power of friendship with the magic of Disney for an incredible day of rootin’ tootin’, one-of-a-kind surprises for kids of all ages—available on select 7-night Caribbean sailings out of Port Canaveral from January 2023 through early-March 2023.”
The day at sea is set to be filled with tons of Pixar fun, including scores of character meet and greets with Woody, Bo Peep, and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story; Boo, Mike, and Sully from Monster’s Inc.; and Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl (Mrs. Incredible), Frozone and Edna Mode from The Incredibles and Incredibles 2. Guests can also expect fun activities like a special dance party, a new Coco-themed stage show that combines puppetry, video, and live music, and a new nighttime spectacular.
Special character dining options will also be available for Disney Cruise Line Guests, including “Undersea Magic with Crush,” which Disney Cruise Line describes as the following:
Immerse yourself in the underwater world of the Disney and Pixar animated film Finding Nemo. As you dine, enjoy a visit from some of your favorite Finding Nemo friends—you may even share in a conversation with Crush, the totally tubular turtle from the hit movie!
