Hallowstream Specials Coming This Fall to Disney+

Disney+ has been killing it with the holiday specials since the streaming service launched in 2019 and this Halloween is no different! We’ve got your watch list for exclusive Disney+ Halloween originals, Halloween episodes of your favorite series, cult classic movies (Hocus Pocus, anyone?) and more.

For the second year in a row, Disney+ is promoting “Hallowstream” specials kicking off the season on September 24. In addition to classic Halloween films and TV episodes, fans can expect three new original programs, including the Muppets Haunted Mansion, LEGO® Star Wars Terrifying Tales, and Just Beyond.

LEGO® Star Wars Terrifying Tales debuts October 1. The specials pick up where Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker left off with favorite characters like Poe and BB-8 joining new characters and visiting sinister never before seen planets.

On October 8, the Muppets Haunted Mansion makes its Disney+ debut with everyone’s favorite Muppets and a full cast of celebrity cameos taking on one of Disney’s most classic (and spookiest attractions.) We are so looking forward to this one and we cannot believe that this marks the first Halloween special for the Muppets!

Then, on October 13, Disney+ will launch Just Beyond. This supernatural series is inspired by the world of Goosebumps author R.L. Stine and will feature a host of uniquely Halloween entities like witches, aliens, ghosts and maybe even a parallel universe.

That’s not all! On September 24, a full (and we mean FULL) list of Disney Halloween content will be available to all subscribers. The list includes hit movies and series that are making us nostalgic for the OG 31 Days of Halloween specials, plus Disney Channel Original Movies, Disney+ originals, and hits like The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episodes, just to name a few.
