The Big Changes Coming to Epcot

6. Nighttime Spectacular

In addition to sponsoring Spaceship Earth, the nightly fireworks show, IllumiNations, is also sponsored by Siemens. Their sponsorship of the show is coming to an end and guests can expect a new show to replace it. In addition to using the World Showcase Lagoon for various floats and the fireworks display, it is heavily rumored that guests will also be treated to a show featuring drones to add to the excitement and energy of the show!

7. Space Themed Restaurant

This new restaurant will be found in Future World at Epcot near Mission: SPACE. Guests will be able to look out of their immersive windows and view stars and planets while they dine on delicious food! While an opening date has not been finalized, guests will happy to know that the restaurant will be operated by the Patina Restaurant Group that runs many other restaurants on property including Via Napoli, Morimoto Asia, and Tutto Italia. Disney fans are guaranteed to enjoy the changes coming to Epcot in the coming years, but also have much more to hope for with additional additions in store for the park including renovations to the central area around the Fountain of Nations, as well as a overhaul of the Imagination Pavilion. These changes will enhance the guest experience and make Epcot a multi-day park — what change are you most excited about?
