Tickets Vanish Fast for One of Disney’s Most Anticipated Experiences

The first Disney After Hours event of 2025 at Magic Kingdom has officially sold out, marking a strong start to the season. Set for January 6, this event is known for providing guests with exclusive late-night access to popular attractions and complimentary treats such as ice cream, popcorn, and beverages. It’s an ideal way to experience the parks with fewer crowds and shorter lines.

For those who haven’t attended before, Disney After Hours lets ticketed guests enjoy the parks after regular operating hours. With early entry at 7 PM and three extra hours after the park closes, attendees can explore Magic Kingdom in a much quieter and cooler environment. It’s no wonder these events are so popular, and the January 6 sellout reflects their growing appeal.

While tickets for the first event are gone, there are still plenty of options for other dates throughout the season. Magic Kingdom will host After Hours events through May, and additional nights are planned at EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Prices range from $175 to $185, and Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can enjoy discounts on their tickets.

As fans plan their trips for 2025, they’ll need to keep in mind several upcoming closures at Walt Disney World. Test Track at EPCOT is already undergoing a major refurbishment to bring a new, futuristic look to the attraction. Magic Kingdom will soon see updates to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, which is expected to close temporarily for tech upgrades.

Looking ahead, there’s plenty of speculation about what’s next for the parks. Magic Kingdom’s Villains-themed land has sparked excitement, with fans eager to see how it might transform the park’s offerings. With so much happening, 2025 feels like a transitional year, balancing nostalgia with anticipation for what’s to come.

Disney After Hours events continue to offer a premium way to experience the parks. With limited capacity and unique perks, they create unforgettable memories for those lucky enough to attend. If you’re planning a visit, now is the time to grab tickets and make the most of these magical evenings before the next wave of changes sweeps through Walt Disney World.
