Dominating pop culture, movies, and series, Disney may dream up cute characters—but the Parks are for the adults.

Since the New York World’s Fair in 1964, Disney has been delivering magic to generations of kids who have evolved into “Disney Adults.” While social media has coined the term that has since become controversial, any adult on Disney property—with or without little ones—is there to soak in the service, the magical experiences, and the delectable dining.

Kids aren’t the ones writing reviews or planning trips. Disney Adults take the reigns whether they’re planning a family vacation or arriving at the Parks solo. They also know how to use Extended Evening Theme Park Hours to avoid long lines and crowded dining areas. But even with the additional Park time, grown-up Disney lovers aren’t ready to throw in the towel just yet.

Lesser-Known Late-Night Disney Activities

When “drinking around the world” at the World Showcase tastes like another drink, is there anywhere to get one around Disney grounds? Although certain restaurants stay open until 11:00 p.m., some Disney Guests might want to keep the party going later.

Thankfully, Disney Springs is a certified libation station with cheese boards and over 140 wines listed at spots like Wine Bar George. Nearby, there’s a late-night dinner location overlooking Disney Springs at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort called Paddlefish.

Another lesser-known late-night option doesn’t quite stretch into peak bar-hopping hours, but it’s still worth a mention: a Starlit Safari. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Guests from all over Disney property can embark on a nighttime expedition through the Lodge’s grounds. Guests can soak in quality safari time after the kids hit the hay using nighttime goggles to see zebras, giraffes, and ostriches.

While those options are ideal for late-night Disney enthusiasts, two twilight lounges take the cake at Disney’s Boardwalk.

Best Late-Night Lounges for Disney Adults

Extended Park hours, serene safaris, and sipping at the Springs are great, but Disney’s Boardwalk is truly geared toward the night owls at Disney. With Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort within walking distance, Disney adults can savor meals at the top-rated Yachtsman Steakhouse before heading to one of these party places.

Jellyrolls

For the Guests who don’t want their Disney days to end, Jellyrolls is the best spot to rock out. A piano bar located on Disney’s Boardwalk that’s open until 1:45 a.m., it’s impossible to stay seated while performers rail on the keys. Request a song, groove with a bachelorette party, or jive with your friends at your table—this spot is designed for Guests who love to jam out after hours.

While Jellyrolls offers performances, Kimonos Lounge allows Disney Adults to get behind the microphone. Tucked away in the Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort near Disney’s Boardwalk, Kimonos is a sushi lounge that transformed into a karaoke bar at night. Open until 1:00 a.m. at the Swan Hotel; Kimonos offers small bites and craft cocktails to help keep the party going.

The good news? You don’t need a reason to keep the party going—even after late-night fun at Disney Springs or Animal Kingdom Lodge. You can stay on a (jelly)roll at Disney’s Boardwalk—oh, and skip early Park hours the next morning.
