TikToker Brings Back Disney Fans’ Hilarious ‘Freeze-Frame’ Tradition

TikTok user @Enzoismad has just brought back a classic Disney fan tradition — and it’s still just as hilarious as it was back in the day!

These days, there are many ways for Disney fans to absorb some Disney magic (both in the Disney Parks at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, or at home from the comfort of their living room).

However, sometimes it can be nice to revive a more old-school form of Disney magic, and thanks to the aforementioned TikToker, one particularly-hilarious form of Disney magic is back to making the rounds online!

It’s unclear exactly who first made the comical discovery that pausing virtually any animated Disney movie can create some absolutely hilarious — or sometimes even disturbing — images onscreen in Disney movies that are as innocent as Frozen (2013) or scenes that are as somber as the death of Mufasa in The Lion King (1994).

However, once the discovery was made many years ago, Disney fans immediately began pausing their favorite Disney or Pixar films in an effort to create the weirdest or most laugh-out-loud-worthy images possible!

Since TikToker @Enzoismad has begun sharing montages of the resulting images from these efforts — with a great deal of success on the social media platform — we can expect to see more and more people taking a moment during their Disney+ movie marathon tonight to pause (both literally and figuratively) for some laughs.

This particular TikToker reveals hilarious moments from movies as old as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) and as new as Moana (2016), but there are still plenty more Disney films or television shows to pause for your own funny images!

Have you ever tried this fun trick before to make both you and your fellow audience members laugh?

Do you think that it would be just as funny if you paused live-action movies that were not Disney-related, or do you think that these images are only as funny as they are because they’re from animated films? Let us know on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
