6. Kali River Rapids
The best way to cool off on a hot day in Animal Kingdom is Kali River Rapids. As the signs at the entrance warn, “You will get wet, you may get soaked!” Travel the Kali River in an eight-person raft through churning rapids, waterfalls, and past the destruction of deforestation. If you don’t get wet during most of the ride, your fellow guests will get a chance to soak you at the end. This ride gets very popular on hot days, so a FastPass+ reservation might be a good idea. To keep your valuables safe and dry during the ride, free lockers are located near the ride entrance. It’s definitely a good idea to keep your phone, camera, and other valuables off of this ride!
