16. Take a Turn on the Carousel of Progress
One of my favorite cast member experiences was the Carousel of Progress attendant who told us to fasten our safety harnesses and put on our 3D glasses. Of course there are no safety harnesses or 3D glasses on the Carousel of Progress – it’s a classic Disney attraction that Walt Disney imagined. Your theater experience takes you slowly around scenes of the American family during the 20th century and how new technologies change their lives, all to the tune of a genuine earworm of a song. You’ve got to do it at least once – and it’s a nice break with a comfortable seat and air conditioning.
