Top 20 Things Everyone Should Do Someday at Disney World

9. Ride the Different Modes of Transportation

So what if you aren’t staying at one of the monorail hotels? A ride on Disney’s iconic monorail is a must-do for every Disney visitor. Even if you don’t need to use it to get anywhere, hop on for the circle around the Seven Seas Lagoon, or the ride to Epcot, which loops around Future World. Disney also has a fleet of boats that float guests around Disney. Check out the large ferries that run from the Transportation and Ticketing Center to the Magic Kingdom, the smaller boats that visit the resorts along the Seven Seas Lagoon, and the boats that run between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Remember that you don’t need a park ticket to ride Disney Transportation, so it can be fun “down day” activity.

Laurel

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
