If we're being honest here, Planet Hollywood Observatory is actually not the greatest restaurant around, save for one menu item. The Pimento Grilled Cheese Sandwich is a triple-stacked vegetarian-friendly sandwich that's stuffed with six-cheese mac-and-cheese, cheddar, and pimento cheese, all between two slices of toasted sourdough. It's crunchy, gooey, flavorful, and really the best reason to come to this place.
