Typhoon Lagoon Dining Guide Disney World Water Park

Typhoon Lagoon _ Sand Pail Sundae _ Disney Fanantic
Disney is home to two phenomenal water parks.  Between the lazy rivers, drop slides, inner tubes, and wave pools, guests can also find some great dining options while they enjoy some fun in the sun.  Given that guests are walking around and enjoying water slides, the dining options are grab-and-go and usually easily transported around.  The following are the dining options at Disney’s older water park – Typhoon Lagoon!

1. Mini Donuts Bar

The name of this snack stand gives away what is being sold, but guests can grab a delicious breakfast snack of miniature donuts topped with savory cinnamon sugar, as well as their choice of dipping sauces.  Guests can choose to enjoy chocolate, raspberry, or a decadent white chocolate. Guests will also be able to find various beverages, coffee, tea, water, and frozen lemonade here!

2. Leaning Palms

This restaurant features the larger menu items in the park and might be where you want to grab lunch from during your day at Typhoon Lagoon.  Guests can chow down on an island burger topped with jack cheese and barbecued pork or opt for the beef short-rib bowl served with white rice, corn, black beans, and plantains.  Also on the menu is a chicken wrap, adobo chicken rice bowl, or a traditional barbecue chicken sandwich.  Traditionalists can also find chicken tenders, pizza, or a hot dog on the menu, too.

3. Happy Landings Ice Cream

After lunch, you may want to head on over to Happy Landings and grab one of many delicious desserts on the menu.  Guests can have a traditional hot fudge brownie sundae topped with whipped cream and a cherry, a soft-serve sundae with your choice of ice cream and toppings, or the oversized Sand Pail — ice cream mixed with waffle cone pieces, Oreo pieces, as well as sprinkles hot fudge, whipped cream, and caramel all layered into a sand pail you’d find at the beach!  Guests can also find classic Disney dessert options of a Mickey bar or ice cream sandwich!

4. Let’s Go Slurpin’

More of a destination for adults in need of a specialty cocktail, guests can find a variety of drinks to quench their thirst — margarita, rum runner, mai tai, or specialty cocktails, or a wide selection of beer.
