Next month, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will welcome guests to an all-new adventure inside one of its most iconic landmarks. Beginning November 7, 2025, the Tree of Life Theater will debut Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, a brand-new 4D experience inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 2016 hit Zootopia and its anticipated sequel, Zootopia 2 (2025).
The new show transforms the heart of Disney’s Animal Kingdom into the vibrant city of Zootopia, inviting guests to take part in Zoogether Day, the city’s annual celebration of unity among every animal and biome. With the help of “Carrot Vision” glasses, audiences will feel immersed in the action as their favorite characters leap from the screen in a multi-sensory experience that blends sight, sound, smell, and touch.

Hosted by the ever-energetic Heidi Howler, a fast-talking wolf who emcees the festivities, the experience captures the humor and heart that made Zootopia a fan favorite. But the biggest surprise comes in the form of a familiar face—Benjamin Clawhauser, the ZPD’s doughnut-loving cheetah.
For the first time, Clawhauser appears as an all-new Audio-Animatronics figure inside the Tree of Life Theater. Dressed in glow necklaces and a sparkling Gazelle T-shirt, he dreams of becoming the “V.I.Z.”—the Very Important Zootopian—with special access to the Zoogether Day performances. When his plans go awry, his determination leads to a story filled with comedy and charm.

Before Zootopia: Better Zoogether! officially opens, several special preview opportunities will welcome members of the Disney community:
- Cast member Previews: October 31–November 3, 2025 (registration opens October 14 at 7:00 a.m. ET; closes four days before each preview date)
- Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member Previews: November 1–3, 2025 (registration opens October 23; guests must hold a qualifying Walt Disney World Resort reservation made before October 19)
- Annual Passholder Previews: November 5–6, 2025 (7:00 a.m. virtual queue for guests with park reservations; 1:00 p.m. queue open to all Passholders without reservation requirements)
To accommodate guest demand, Disney is bringing back the virtual queue system for this attraction. This marks its return to Walt Disney World after Test Track’s previews earlier this year. Previously, rides such as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind transitioned to traditional standby lines.

The arrival of Zootopia: Better Zoogether! represents the first major update to Animal Kingdom in several years, paving the way for the park’s next evolution. Coming in 2027, the new Tropical Americas area will replace DinoLand U.S.A. and feature two attractions inspired by Indiana Jones and Encanto.
As Animal Kingdom continues to celebrate the harmony between animals, nature, and adventure, Zootopia: Better Zoogether! promises to bring guests closer than ever to the heart of this animated world—one paw, hoof, and claw at a time.
