Video: ‘The Grand: The Magic Behind the Masterpiece,’ New Mini-Doc on the Grand Floridian Resort

Ahead of the opening of the newest Disney Vacation Club accommodations this summer, Disney has released a mini-documentary all about Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The video was made to showcase the new Grand Floridian Villas to Disney Vacation Club members that recently opened for booking at the Disney resort earlier this month.

The doc showcases iconic locations around the resort, as well as details on the new villa accommodations with appearances by notable Disney Imagineers and Cast Members from Disney’s Grand Floridian. The new accommodations at this Disney resort come with a variety of different room options to suit every party size and taste while enjoying a luxurious stay at Walt Disney World‘s flagship resort.

The video also includes appearances by Disney Legend Wing Chao, former Walt Disney Imagineering Executive who worked on the architectural design of the resort, along with General Manager Cosmo Kapoor and one of the Imagineers behind the design of the new villas, Shawn Moore.

Inspired by Palm Beach’s golden era at the turn of the century, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is located just one monorail stop from Magic Kingdom Park and with complimentary transportation to each Disney park at Walt Disney World, as well as to Disney Springs.
