We're Crazy About Visiting Disney Springs - Here's Why

Raglan Road

4: Exciting Entertainment

If shopping and dining aren’t enough to keep you busy during your time in Disney Springs, don’t worry! The area also offers a ton of entertainment for the whole family.  Free live entertainment is available on the Disney Springs stage every day throughout the year. Performances include choirs and other musical groups, as well as dance troupes—and all performers are excellent. Best of all, there is seating available, making this the perfect place to rest your feet while you’re being entertained.

The stage performances aren’t the only entertainment though:

  • Raglan Road often has outdoor entertainment in the form of Irish musicians or dancers that can be spotted from the sidewalk.
  • Additionally, the LEGO Store always has activities set up for little ones, and they are always absolutely free.
  • Splitsville is a super fun place to go bowling if you don’t mind paying a bit for your fun.
  • The AMC Movie Theater next to Splitsville is a great place to watch the newest blockbuster release.

During the holiday season, there are a couple of other free entertainment options. These include the Christmas Tree Trail and a meet-and-greet with Santa Claus. Both are super fun ways to get into the holiday spirit and are well worth checking out.

Finally, we must mention that the new Disney-themed Cirque du Soleil show, Drawn to Life, is opening soon at Disney Springs. This is going to be a fantastic performance you won’t want to miss.

5: Passholder Discounts

Everyone loves a good discount, right? Luckily for Disney World Annual Passholders, many Disney Springs locations offer Passholder discounts.  All those awesome dining locations mentioned above? Many of them offer a 10% discount to anyone with an Annual Pass. Likewise, many shopping locations also offer discounts that range from 10% to 20%. Heck, even the bowling alley and movie theater offer a discount to Passholders, meaning you can squeeze more fun into your day for less money!

Clearly, Disney Springs is a wonderful place to do some shopping. Not only are you sure to find lots of fun and unique items, you’ll probably have loads of fun and fill up on some fantastic food while you’re there. Make sure to plan for a visit to this awesome shopping district on your next trip!
