Roaring Fork also serves a variety of flatbreads and standard dessert options. Roaring Fork is open until midnight, so guests can also find a grab-and-go snack when they return from the parks before heading back to their room.
2. Whispering Canyon (Wilderness Lodge)
A table service restaurant located right off the lobby at the Wilderness Lodge, Whispering Canyon serves guests at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can choose to order a la carte off of the menu choosing between eggs Benedict, a ham and cheese omelet, French toast, waffles, or enjoy an all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast skillet with potatoes, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits, and gravy! Regardless of your appetite, you’ll find something to enjoy here! Lunch and dinner offer similar choices to guests – choose between a skillet featuring salad, cornbread, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, as well as sausage, potatoes, corn, vegetables, and baked beans or from a selection of entrees: a BLT salads, strip steak, pork shank, St. Louis-style ribs, or quinoa cakes. Trail’s End is one of the few buffets on property that does not feature characters, so guests will get a great value. We are hard pressed to choose which option we like better – breakfast features unique options like breakfast pizza and hash, as well as French toast served with a custard pudding.
