The World of Frozen has been open at Disneyland Paris Resort for less than a month, but European Disney Park guests are already spotting clues that the Frozen (2013)-themed land may look quite different come later this year.
A Land Still Finding Its Footing

The World of Frozen officially opened on March 29, 2026, as the centerpiece of Disney Adventure World — the newly transformed version of what had been Walt Disney Studios Park since 2002. The sprawling Norwegian-themed land was one of several major debuts that day, alongside the Raiponce Tangled Spin ride, the Disney Cascade of Lights nighttime spectacular, and the Regal View Restaurant & Lounge character dining experience.
More additions are still on the way, including a Lion King (1994)-themed land with a log flume ride and Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings, a Up (2009)-inspired flying carousel targeting a 2027 opening.
Small Hooks, Big Implications

On April 14, X (formerly Twitter) user @PixiedustDLP shared photos from an early visit to the World of Frozen that captured something easy to miss: a row of small hooks mounted on the exterior façade of the Nordic Crowns Tavern dining location. The hooks appear purpose-built for hanging decorations, pointing toward a potential Christmas overlay for the World of Frozen later this year.
🎄During our first visit to World of Frozen, we noticed an interesting detail on the façade of the Nordic Crowns Tavern restaurant, small hooks that look like they’re designed for seasonal decorations. This could hint at future overlays, possibly for Christmas.

Disneyland Paris Resort's annual Disney Enchanted Christmas celebration runs from November 7, 2026, through January 6, 2027 — just under seven months away. The park has not yet announced its entertainment lineup for the winter season or confirmed whether the World of Frozen will receive holiday theming as part of the festivities.
