15 Things You Need To Do With Your Kids At Disney World Resort

7. Tea Parties

Disney World presents a couple of magical tea party opportunities for children.  For those aged 4 – 12, the Wonderland Tea Party takes place each afternoon at Grand Floridian’s 1900 Park Fare restaurant and gives kids an hour of games, stories, cupcake decorating, and photo opportunities with characters from Wonderland!  For those wanting something even more extravagant, the Grand Floridian is also home to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party for children ages 3 – 9.  Your children can wear their finest princess (or prince) attire and join in the princess parade, listen to stories, and enjoy sing-a-longs.  Attendees may have tea or juice, tea sandwiches, fruit, and cheeses.  The young partygoers receive a number of gifts including an Aurora doll, tiara, bracelet, necklace, rose, and cinch bag.  (Princes may choose to receive gifts including a sword and shield, pin, and Disney bear.)

Don

Don has a huge passion for All Things Disney, and is fortunate to be the husband of a Disney-obsessed wife and father to five Disney-loving children. A former TV writer in Los Angeles, Don visited the Disneyland Resort several times a week as an Annual Passholder before moving to Orlando and becoming an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World as well. He finally gave in to his passion and became a Disney World Cast Member, working his way up to Disney Trainer in the Transportation Department where he worked for three years. Don is excited to share his love and knowledge of Disney here on DisneyFanatic.com!
