New Menu Items Debut at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs

Some of our favorite restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort are located right in Disney Springs, and one of them is Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'! This popular, brunch, lunch and dinner spot has been a fan-favorite since it opened in the Landing neighborhood of Disney Springs, and today we are excited to share some new menu items just introduced by Homecomin'.

Among the new menu items are the Hamilton Salad (inspired by the popular brunch item featuring grits, fried eggs and collard greens), a catfish sandwich, chargrilled chicken plate, conch chowder, and more!

The Hamilton Salad features romaine and mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes and pickled red onions tossed in blackberry vinaigrette, then topped with Tasso ham and lightly fried pimiento cheese. The new conch chowder is a Florida Keys favorite filled with tender conch, tomatoes, vegetables and a little kick of spice.

The catfish sandwich is made with crispy fried catfish topped with lettuce, tomato, and remoulade sauce and served on toasted Cuban bread. And, the chargrilled chicken comes with two grilled chicken breasts, sliced avocado, succotash and is served with a cup of conch chowder.

If you haven't tried Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' yet, be sure to add it to your list, especially for brunch! During brunch, you'll find a classic Southern brunch menu with updated twists, plus an array of specialty cocktails for Guests 21 and over, all made with fresh, local ingredients.
