Guest Shares Creepy Video Captured in Disney’s Haunted Mansion

A Disney guest recently got stuck on the Haunted Mansion ride at Walt Disney World and shared an eerie video they took when this happened.

Central Florida is home to some of the most renowned theme parks in the world, four of which can be found in the Walt Disney World Resort. Each Disney Park is a prime destination for a vacation, and fans flock to it to get their dose of the Disney experience.

Whichever Disney Park you pick — Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, or the others — the Disney Resort in Orlando is loved and visited by millions each year.

While many flock to the theme park for a chance to experience their favorite ride or attraction, part of that experience has involved getting stuck on the ride for a fair few guests. Ride malfunctions and evacuations are a part of the process with a Disney Park as big and popular as the ones in Walt Disney World Resort.

One guest recently took to Reddit to share their experience of being stuck in the Haunted Mansion attraction when they ended up filming part of the ride.

Some users chimed in on how they actually enjoyed getting stuck on the rides for the rare opportunity it afforded them.

One user, u/Ray-RetroTube, said, “Getting stuck on the rides is one of my favorite things, you get to see things in a different perspective than you normally do. Also a great opportunity for unique pictures and video!”

Others mentioned that the experience was cool initially but were eventually ready to leave.

U/Atheist_Redditor said,

“I got stuck on that ride for like 30 minutes. Was cool for a little bit but I had my 2 year old twin boys on the ride with me and trying to keep them seated for 30 mins was a freaking nightmare. Plus my wife got pretty claustrophobic….and even I did after that long and I generally don’t get claustrophobic like her. Hearing some of the stuff over and over again got annoying as well.”

This isn’t the only time a guest had the chance to witness something spooky or particularly cool in a Disney ride.

Earlier, Disney Fanatic reported on a guest who got stuck in the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and shared some incredible footage of the ride as they finally went through it.
