I would like to see some homage to American Native Americans. They never get their just due.
The country I would most like to see is India. Diverse culture , history , architecture and cuisine would make it an ideal addition. With a history that predates Greece and Rome it has quite a few different cuisines , religions , and a blend of British and Moslem architecture that is unique.
