Disneyland Park's iconic entrance flowerbed switched from Mickey Mouse to Minnie Mouse this week, marking the start of Women's History Month celebrations at the Southern California theme park.
The horticulture team replaced the classic Mickey Mouse design with Minnie beneath the Disneyland Railroad Station on Main Street, U.S.A. WDWNT posted a photo of the updated landscaping on Facebook.
Disneyland Resort makes this swap annually to celebrate Women's History Month throughout March. The Minnie Mouse flowerbed will remain at least through the month's end.
Women-Focused Tour Continues

The floral tribute joins Disneyland Resort's “Women Who Make The Magic” Guided Tour, which launched recently as part of the park's 70th anniversary celebration. The two-hour experience highlights female contributors often overlooked in Disney history.
Expert guides share stories of Harriet Burns, Alice Davis, Mary Blair, Ruth Shellhorn, Leota Toombs, Kim Irvine, and Dorothea Redmond. Guests learn how these women “got their start at The Walt Disney Company, made names for themselves, and paved the way for future generations to succeed and continue the unparalleled legacy of Disney storytelling.”

The tour costs $110 per person ages 3+. Disney Visa Cardholders may receive discounts. Disneyland Park admission is required but not included. Most tickets still need Disney Park Pass Reservations. An 18+ companion must accompany guests under 14.
Annual Tradition

The Minnie Mouse flowerbed is Disneyland Resort's annual recognition of Women's History Month through its most visible landscaping feature—the entrance display greeting every guest entering the Southern California theme park. Families visiting throughout March will capture Minnie Mouse rather than Mickey Mouse in their entrance photos, creating a distinct visual marker of this time period.
