VIDEO: Large Wall Suddenly Collapses on Universal Orlando Guests

Guests visiting Universal Orlando Resort expect to encounter plenty of surprises, but one group says it experienced something far more frightening than anything found inside the theme parks.

A TikTok user has shared videos claiming that a large temporary wall collapsed while she and her friends were crossing a pedestrian bridge at Universal Orlando. The footage shows the aftermath, with a sizable section of the structure lying across the walkway and exposed wooden framing visible throughout the area.

Now, the videos are circulating online as viewers question how something like this could have happened.

TikTok Shows a Frightening Scene at Universal

User @desticce69i shared the experience across multiple TikTok posts.

According to text included in the footage, the group was walking across a bridge when a large wall came down while they were underneath it. The guest also points out that vehicles travel beneath the bridge, adding another potentially dangerous element to the situation.

One video appears to show rainy conditions around the area.

It's tempting to connect the weather to the collapse, but the footage doesn't establish what caused the structure to fail. Without confirmation from Universal Orlando or another official source, it's impossible to say whether weather played a role.

What viewers can see, however, is what happened to the structure afterward.

Fallen Structure Blocks Part of the Walkway

The second TikTok offers a clearer look at the scene following the incident.

A large panel appears to be down along the pedestrian bridge, accompanied by numerous pieces of wooden framing. Some of the supports extend across the walkway, while Universal personnel can be seen farther down the bridge.

The size of the fallen section makes the footage particularly concerning.

This doesn't appear to be a situation involving a small decorative element or loose piece of material. Based on what is visible in the video, a substantial portion of a temporary structure came down.

Fortunately, the provided footage doesn't show anyone going over the railing or falling into the roadway below.

Still, the guest's claim that she and her friends were beneath the structure when it collapsed raises obvious questions about whether anyone was hurt.

Were Any Universal Guests Injured?

At this point, there isn't enough information to answer that question.

Neither TikTok provides confirmed details about injuries or medical treatment. While the guest describes the experience as frightening, viewers shouldn't assume that someone was injured based solely on the appearance of the debris.

More information would be needed to determine exactly what happened to the people involved.

The guest also made a separate allegation about Universal's response afterward.

In the caption accompanying one video, she claimed Universal “refused to help.” The TikToks don't explain exactly what she means by that statement.

We don't know what assistance the guests requested or what conversations occurred with Universal employees. As a result, that portion of the story remains an allegation from the guest.

The Incident Is Getting Plenty of Attention

The videos quickly began attracting attention on TikTok, with one post reaching more than 12,000 likes.

It's not difficult to understand the reaction.

Construction walls and temporary barriers are common sights around major theme park resorts. Guests routinely walk beside them without giving them much thought.

Seeing what appears to be a large temporary structure collapsed across an area used by pedestrians is an entirely different situation.

Several key details remain unknown, including what the structure was, why it fell, and whether Universal inspected other nearby areas following the incident.

The videos also don't establish how long the bridge was affected.

For the guests involved, though, what started as another visit to Universal Orlando became an experience they were soon sharing with thousands of people online.

The footage provides a dramatic look at the aftermath. Until additional details emerge, exactly why the wall came down—and whether anyone was injured—remains unclear.
