Rafiki’s Planet Watch To get to this attraction in the Animal Kingdom, you must take a short train ride.  As a reward for that, you get to watch… animal surgery.  Your kids will enjoy the Affection Section petting zoo. 

Epcot Films World Showcase is a great place to shop, enjoy ethnic foods and interact with cast members from around the world.  The China, France and Canada pavilions all offer travelogue-type films.  Remember those educational films you had to watch in Social Studies class in middle school?  Wanna do that on your vacation?  Me neither!

Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular Again, if you’re into the 1980’s, you’ll love this stunt show “how it’s done” presentation.  There are several stops and starts to explain what you’re watching. 

Star Wars Launch Bay The Star Wars films are obviously popular and some of the best of all-time.  However, only a true geek will enjoy this Star Wars “museum”.  There are rooms and rooms of Star Wars memorabilia, and very few places to sit, for those not interested. 

Spin rides Disney World has several spin rides, including Triceratop Spin in Animal Kingdom and Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Astro Orbiter and Dumbo in Magic Kingdom.  While Dumbo is a classic, all of these rides score high on the boredom scale.  Basically, you go round and round for about 90 seconds.  The best part is the view from up high. 

Ellen’s Energy Adventure Forty-five minutes of learning about 1980’s technology, in an uncomfortable seat.  What’s not to love?  On the bright side, Ellen Degeneres is funny as always.

Enchanted Tiki Room This Magic Kingdom show was originally going to be a restaurant featuring Audio-Animatronic birds serenading guests as they ate and drank.  It turned out to be just the show.  If you like listening to fake birds sing, talk and crack bad jokes, you love it!  The best part is, it’s air-conditioned, which can be a real lifesaver ...
