‘Back to the Future’ Film Announced: Michael J. Fox’s Return Confirmed

The world of Back to the Future (1985) extends far beyond Marty McFly’s first trip to 1955. While the trilogy, which was directed and co-written by Robert Zemeckis and co-written and produced by Bob Gale, concluded with Back to the Future Part III (1990), the franchise has grown in unexpected ways, from comic books and video games to theme park attractions and beyond. Now, the franchise is set to get another major installment.
