Celebrate the Holidays at Disneyland Resort Hotels

We love celebrating the holidays at the Disneyland Resort (and have been especially enjoying all of the new festivities at Disney California Adventure) and now we are excited to share specials for the holiday season at Disneyland Resort hotels.

For holiday-inspired decor around the Disneyland Resort hotels, make your first stop Paradise Pier Hotel. The lobby at Paradise Pier is currently adorned with a gorgeous holiday tree featuring an “Under-the-Sea” theme bursting with blues, greens, and silvers plus garland made up of shells and starfish.

The Disneyland Hotel has vintage-inspired art lining its walls to compliment their holiday decorations and the hotel’s classic theming, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa features a towering holiday tree with ornaments based on California’s Arts & Crafts movement.

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is also home to the Grand Gingerbread House and Holiday Treats this holiday season; a replica of the resort standing seven feet tall and 12 feet wide! The gingerbread house is made from more than 600 pounds of gingerbread, 600 pounds of powdered sugar, 250 pounds of fondant and 1 pound of pixie dust ­– plus 25 hidden Mickeys.

While viewing the gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, be sure to pick up some sweets and treats from the holiday cart located in the resort’s lobby.

Back at the Disneyland Hotel, Guests will find Santa Claus from November 25-December 24, 2021. Hotel Guests of all ages can share their holiday wishes with Santa and head over to the Grand Californian for music by carolers November 25, 2021-January 9, 2022. Carolers will also be strolling through Paradise Pier December 15-25, 2021.
