Popcorn buckets have been a favorite souvenir at Walt Disney World for a number of years, and their popularity has only continued to soar. While few popcorn buckets have had a hold on fans like the Figment popcorn buckets did earlier this year when they debuted at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, we’re always keeping an eye on new popcorn buckets around the parks. The newest popcorn bucket celebrates the Disney Skyliner, and can be picked up at both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Disney took to TikTok to announce the newest popcorn bucket in an adorable video showing the miniature Skyliner gondola inside a full-sized one:
The 50th Celebration Skyliner Popcorn Bucket is now available exclusively for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World, with a limit of two per person. The buckets were first released yesterday, on May 3, 2022, and while the comments on Disney’s TikTok are largely positive with Guests planning their trips to pick up one of the newest popcorn buckets, there have been no indications of the massive lines, so if you are visiting soon you should have a fair chance at grabbing one. The buckets have already been popping up on eBay, but without reports of long lines at the parks, you should be able to pick one up for yourself at Walt Disney World.
Wondering where to find these buckets at the parks? In EPCOT, the 50th Celebration Skyliner Popcorn Bucket is available at IC2, Mission Space Popcorn Cart, Imag Cart, Canada Popcorn Cart, and Fife & Drum at the American Adventure pavilion. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the popcorn bucket is available at Hollywood Popcorn, Animation Popcorn, and Hyperion Popcorn.
Disney popcorn buckets make adorable souvenirs for sure, but they also offer a little bit of savings on snacking at Walt Disney World. A regular order of popcorn at Disney parks currently costs $5.50, but Guests with popcorn buckets (purchased during their current trip) can order refills at popcorn locations around the park for just $2.25.
