Ever dreamed of living at the Walt Disney World Resort? It might cost you a pretty penny and be out of reach for most of us, but there is technically a way…Residing in the Golden Oak’s Resort community right in Walt Disney World is certainly a dream for any Disney fan. One such fan who has lived this dream is now putting his $8.5 million home on the market.
Pittsburgh Steelers co-owner Robert Citrine recently listed his 9,056 square foot Golden Oaks Mansion for $8.5 million (which is actually on the lower end of what some homes in Golden Oak cost, believe it or not). The six bedroom mansion is located in Walt Disney World’s very exclusive, private gated community that comes with a number of unique amenities for all residents.
In addition to their own breathtaking homes, everyone living in Golden Oak has access to a private clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and more. The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is also located right next to Golden Oak and shares some of their amenities with residents, including access to the resort’s 18-hole golf course and full service spa.

As a resort community, homeowners in Golden Oak also have a number of Guest Services amenities available to help them make the most of exploring Disney parks. These added amenities include the Golden Oak Member Services team, complimentary theme park transportation, added hours in the theme parks and access to exclusive resident-only events.
The Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is located adjacent to Golden Oak, and features perks including an 18-hole golf course and full-service spa.
Citrine’s home was built in 2015 and was designed with inspiration taken from opulent Florida estates through history. As you can see in the photos shared in the listing by Matt McKee/McKee Group at Compass, the home features a number of breathtaking architectural details including vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, lots of marble, and more.
The kitchen seen in the listing is likely a dream kitchen for most people with an abundance of storage space and two full sized islands offering lots of counter space. The home also features beautiful mantels, and a shower and soaking tub that we at Disney Fanatic are just a tad jealous of.
The bar and game room opens right up to the backyard which features a pool (obviously a necessity for an $8.5 million Florida home) and hot tub, plus firepit and plenty of space for additional outdoor seating.
Citrone reportedly purchased the home for just under $6 million in 2015, and if you happen to be in the market, it is now listed for $8.5 million.
