Epcot’s World Showcase is the hub of all things tasty. Each restaurant has authentic cuisine and a unique ambience that will make you feel like you’re somewhere over seas. 8. Via Napoli

The Italy Pavilion wouldn’t be complete without a pizzeria! Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in this charming nook. Beautiful frescos and vintage posters line the walls, but your eyes will be drawn to the 3 large wood-fired ovens, each named after Italian volcanoes: Mount Vesuvius, Stromboli, and Mount Etna. You’ll feel like you’re really in Naples because all the ingredients are imported- even the water and flour! Specialties here include pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and Italian wine. This restaurant was voted “Best Theme Park Restaurant” by the Orlando Sentinel and has been a favorite at World Showcase for years. Don’t forget to save room for dessert. There are plenty of delicious treats to choose from here!

7. Teppan Edo

This Japanese restaurant has everything and more. You can watch as your dinner is prepared on a hibachi grill! Guests sit around and watch Teppan-yaki-style cooking by skilled chefs. For your entrée you can select chicken, steak, vegetables, or seafood. The tempura and sushi rolls are great starters here. The interior is also finely decorated. You’ll spot samurai murals on some of the walls, reflective of Japan’s Edo Period. The menu has great options for kids too, some of which are chicken, steak, and shrimp. Save room for dessert because the mousse cakes are delicious!

6. Le Cellier Steakhouse

You don’t have to cross the border for a yummy Canadian meal. Located inside the beautiful château in the Canada Pavilion, Le Cellier Steakhouse will cater to all of your taste buds. The stone walls and candlelight set the mood for a fabulous meal ahead. The delightful architecture is inspired by the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec. This eatery specializes in high-quality beef and has a wide variety of options. Before the meal commences, there are plenty of great starter options. The complimentary pretzel rolls are tasty along with the cheddar cheese soup.

5. Restaurant Marrakesh

This exotic eatery is located inside a dazzling Moroccan palace and has a variety of entertainment including live belly dancers and music. This place is so authentic that the king of Morocco sent craftspeople to design it! The specialties here are lamb, chicken, and shish kebabs. The pastries are a delicious after dinner treat. There are great entrées for kids to choose from as well. American food is available for children who don’t want to indulge in a Moroccan meal. Many guests say that this is the most romantic setting in all of World Showcase.

4. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

The Akershus castle is located at the Norway Pavilion and has a wide variety of offerings. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is all-you-can-eat here. Along with a delicious meal, you’ll have a chance to take photos with a few Disney Princesses! Breakfast includes traditional fare: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh fruit among others. Lunch and dinner feature more traditional Scandinavian cuisine. Pan-seared salmon, imported cheeses, and seafood are some of the specialties. Kjøttkake, a Norwegian meatball dish, is the most popular offering.

3. Monsieur Paul

This gourmet French restaurant has gorgeous views of World Showcase and a great menu to boot! Monsieur Paul is located above Le Chefs de France and offers a unique dining experience. Here you can indulge in authentic French dishes with a nice glass of wine. Beef tenderloin and seared scallops with vegetables are the most popular options. The classic French architecture creates an elegant vibe here. This is one of the most expensive restaurants here in Disney World, so keep that in mind especially if you’re on the dining plan.

2. San Angel Inn Restaurante

This is one of the neatest restaurants in terms of ambience. This authentic Mexican eatery is modeled after a 17th century hacienda. Seating is along a lovely boat canal where you’ll have wonderful views of the central pyramid. Tacos, tortillas, and other Mexican specialties are available, along with more subtle meat, fish, and poultry dishes. The menu is definitely unique here. The drinks here, especially margaritas, are well worth trying.

1. Biergarten Restaurant

Tucked away in the Germany Pavilion behind the St. Georgsplatz, this biergarten-style restaurant has live music and authentic food. Pork schnitzel, bratwurst, and rotisserie chicken are just a few of the specialties here. Bavarian musicians often put on live shows, so there’s never a dull moment! The all-you-can-eat buffet allows you to feast on traditional German food at your own pace. Oktoberfest is an on-going celebration here with lots of wine and beer offerings for adults.

Exploring World Showcase isn’t complete without a meal at one of these fabulous restaurants. Each dining experience is unique and will provide you with memories to cherish. Don’t forget to make reservations in advance and savor each moment!
