Disney Adds New Snack Spot in Tomorrowland

Okay Disney fans, there’s a shiny new snack stop in Magic Kingdom and it looks like it rolled in straight from outer space. AstroFizz has officially landed in Tomorrowland, replacing the old Cool Ship stand, and it brings a fun mix of retro-future vibes and sugar-powered treats.

You know how some additions just feel right the second you see them? That’s AstroFizz. Tomorrowland has been getting gradual updates for a while now, and piece by piece, the land is starting to look sleek again. This kiosk fits perfectly with those modern metallic accents and that classic “future-as-imagined-in-the-1960s” energy that fans love.

It’s the kind of little upgrade that doesn’t steal headlines like a new ride would, but it absolutely adds to the atmosphere. Sometimes a land doesn’t need a full overhaul—it just needs more touches that make the theme click. AstroFizz does exactly that.

Yes, There’s a Cherry Cola Churro

You probably already heard the buzz, but it’s true: the headliner treat here is a Cherry Cola Churro. Rolled in cherry sugar. Drizzled with cherry Coca-Cola icing. Topped with popping candy.

If that doesn’t scream “fun park snack,” nothing does.

Is it extra? Absolutely. Will people love it? Without question. It feels like one of those snacks that you don’t necessarily need, but you know you’re ordering anyway just to see what all the fizz is about.

Three pretzels shaped like a famous cartoon character with a round face and large circular ears are displayed on a metal rack. Below the pretzels, there are stacks of churros lined up in rows. The pretzels are lightly salted.

Beyond that, you’ve got reliable favorites: popcorn, cotton candy, cinnamon-glazed nuts, and the beloved refillable popcorn bucket. That refill option is one of Disney’s best value moves, and it’s nice seeing it included here.

You’ll also spot plant-based labels across the menu—including on popcorn and lemonade. Guests have had a good laugh about that, but to be fair, plenty of people like knowing exactly what they're getting before they order. If it keeps someone from having to ask or worry, then it serves a purpose.

Cool Drinks? Check. Frozen Treats? Check.

Tomorrowland gets hot fast, especially if you rope drop Space Mountain and step right into the Florida sun afterwards. AstroFizz has frozen slushies (Coke, orange, blue raspberry), fountain drinks, bottled water, Smartwater—the usual theme park necessities.

Mickey bars and fruit bars return here too. When it’s 2 p.m. and the humidity feels like soup, those are lifesavers.

Why This Little Kiosk Feels Big

Here’s what makes this exciting beyond the snacks: Tomorrowland is clearly getting love again. It’s been a land in constant identity crisis through the decades, and now Disney seems focused on remembering what made it special in the first place.

Fans love seeing intentional design choices. Not generic modern. Not overly corporate minimalism. Real themed design that feels playful and futuristic again.

AstroFizz isn’t just a place to grab popcorn. It’s a signal. A hint that Imagineering is leaning back into charm and storytelling across the parks—even in places you might walk past quickly.

A lot of fans online have already said it reminds them of when Disney used to put thoughtful touches everywhere, even in small locations. That is the exact energy Tomorrowland needed.

Should You Stop? Absolutely.

If you're heading to Magic Kingdom soon, go check it out. Try the churro. Grab a slushy. Take a moment to enjoy how the space around you feels. Tomorrowland at night, neon glowing and the PeopleMover sliding overhead while AstroFizz lights up the walkway? Magical.

Big additions are fun, but small ones matter too. They build atmosphere piece by piece, moment by moment. AstroFizz does that smoothly and stylishly.

Tomorrowland feels like it's finding its groove again. If this is the direction Disney continues in, fans have a lot to look forward to.
